随着社会主义市场进程的不断推进,文化事业单位体制改革也在稳步前进。其中,财务管理工作在推进文化改革中所发挥的作用也越来越重要。不断优化文化事业单位的财务管理,需要我们切实加强组织内部的调控能力。财务管理需要落实到管理工作的方方面面,对于人力资源的内部调控,可以以资金支持和多方面考核的方法促进在职提升;而对于固定资产的内控,应从源头,即成本上给予一定的帮助;此外,财务管理还涉及到对财力资源管理的内控模式构建。
