目的观察反复感染小鼠化疗后抗日本血吸虫再感染的效果,为分析人群再感染的规律提供实验依据。方法采用C57BL/6纯系小鼠建立日本血吸虫再感染的动物模型,于攻击感染后45天剖杀小鼠,计算小鼠体内成熟成虫数及肝虫卵数。结果与对照组相比较,攻击感染后再感染小鼠体内成熟成虫和肝虫卵数较对照组明显减少,减虫率达27.13%,减卵率为36.62%,肝脏虫卵芽肿数量也明显减少。结论表明反复感染小鼠经过治疗后可产生一定程度的对再感染的抵抗力,从而间接地验证了人群再感染的现场观察结果。
Objective To observe the effect of reinfection of Schistosoma japonicum after repeated infection in mice and provide experimental evidence for analyzing the rule of population re-infection. Methods The animal model of Schistosoma japonicum re-infection was established by C57BL / 6 mice. The mice were sacrificed 45 days after the challenge and the number of mature adults and the number of hepatic eggs were calculated. Results Compared with the control group, the number of mature adult and hepatic worm eggs in the re-infected mice was significantly decreased compared with the control group, the worm reduction rate was 27.13% and the egg reduction rate was 36.62% The number of swollen also significantly reduced. The results showed that the repeated infection of mice after treatment can produce a certain degree of re-infection resistance, thus indirectly confirming the scene of the crowd re-infection observed.
