由江苏省宜兴市吸音材料厂研制的BSX穿孔复合吸声板,日前通过了江苏省建材局组织的科技新产品验收鉴定。 该产品是一种新型的无机多孔吸声板材,采用膨胀珍珠岩为骨料、水泥为胶结剂、内配钢筋。加水搅拌后,由机器压制成型,经蒸汽养护而成。它是根据纺织企业厂房面积大且对防火、防潮、防尘要求极为严格的现实,为解决车间内噪声控制而设计并研制成功的。经中国建筑科
The BSX perforated composite sound-absorbing board developed by the sound-absorbing material factory of Yixing City, Jiangsu Province has recently passed the acceptance inspection of new technology products organized by the Jiangsu Building Materials Bureau. The product is a new kind of inorganic porous sound-absorbing board, which uses expanded perlite as aggregate, cement as cementing agent and internal reinforcing steel. After mixing with water, it is pressed by the machine and steam cured. It is based on the fact that the textile factory has a large factory area and the requirements for fire protection, moisture protection and dust prevention are extremely strict.
