铸造行业的硅尘问题,是危害铸造行业工人身体健康的严重问题。我们铸工车间在防尘设备没有建造以前,硅尘的确非常严重,特别是清砂间和混砂间更为突出,原来旧砂采用开式斗式提升机输送至中间库,然后再用爬斗车把旧砂从中间库送至混砂机,新砂、煤粉、粘土等用人工加入爬斗车,每天混砂30多吨,输送量大。整个混砂间硅尘飞扬,浓度达250毫克/米~2。清砂间情况也很严重,几米以外就看不清人的面孔,严重影响操作工人的身体健康。这种状况必须迅速改变。
