硅铝分子筛是一系列具有不同孔径大小、不同结构的完整晶体。由于其特有的择形性和酸碱催化性能被广泛用于石油化工和煤化工以及进行基础理论研究。为了提高催化反应的选择性,常需用不同阳离子进行交换以及其它改性处理。骨架上的硅和/或铝为其它阳离子所取代则更是近年来国际上普遍注意开发的工作。我们合成出两种以铁取代铝的分子筛,经X光衍射分析,它们的结构一似ZSM-5,一似丝光。这种似丝光沸石结构的分子筛的文献及专利均尚未见报导。如何判断铁离子确系在骨架上则是本文的目的。我们藉助穆斯堡尔谱手段解决了这个问题。
Silica-alumina molecular sieve is a series of different pore size, different structure of the complete crystal. Because of its unique shape selectivity and acid-base catalytic properties are widely used in petrochemical and coal chemical industry and the basic theoretical research. In order to improve the selectivity of the catalytic reaction, often need to use different cations exchange and other modification. The substitution of silicon and / or aluminum on the framework for other cations is a work of widespread international attention in recent years. We synthesized two kinds of molecular sieves substituted with iron, and analyzed their structures by X-ray diffraction. Their structures resembled that of ZSM-5, akin to mercerization. Literature and patents on this mordenite-like molecular sieve have not been reported yet. It is the purpose of this article to determine whether iron ions are indeed in the framework. We solved the problem with the help of Mossbauer.
