在生产上,输送带的应用是很广的(例如在汽车工业上,用它来传递在各机床上顺序进行加工的工件)。目前普遍将若干机床用的输送带连接起来,并用自动装置来装卸工件。这样,在这些机床上,就可以完成几 如图1所示,工件装在输送带11的A处,然后输送到顺序完成三个不同工序的各组机床上去。这里是工序1、工序2和工序3。这些工序,对每一个工件来说,是由两台机床中的一台机床来完成的,如10A、10B;20A、20B和30A、30B。
Conveyor belts are used in a wide range of applications (eg in the automotive industry, to transfer workpieces machined sequentially on each machine). At present, a number of conveyor belts for machine tools are generally connected, and robots are used to load and unload workpieces. Thus, on these machines, it is possible to accomplish a few as shown in Fig. 1, where the workpieces are loaded at A of the conveyor belt 11 and then delivered to each of the machineries sequentially completing three different processes. Here is the process 1, process 2 and process 3. These processes, for each workpiece, are performed by one of two machine tools, such as 10A, 10B; 20A, 20B and 30A, 30B.
