22例患者中.男性6例,女性16例。年龄20～74岁。均为自服中毒,量10～120ml。就诊时间距服药平均2小时,神清10例,昏迷12例,呼吸浅表、不规则10例,血压低于70/50者6例,其中4例为“0”。9例有明显眼睑、舌肌或肢体肌肉颤动。即刻测血定胆碱酯酶活性:5例10～20%,12例30～50%,5例60～80%。病程中10例作心电图或心电监护观察,窦性心动过速10例,频发室早3例,Q-T 间期延长1例,Ⅱ°窦房传导阻滞1例,室颤2例。肝功能检查:4例GPT 升高为60～124u,5～7天后复查下降。并发肺水肿1例,抢救治疗7天后才见好转。结果:18
