2009年12月,中国石油和化学工业协会副会长兼秘书长赵俊贵同志等一行三人赴阿联酋、伊朗执行参会考察任务。代表团在阿联酋期间,先后拜会了海湾石化和化工协会,出席了第四届海湾石化大会,并与美国化学周刊磋商合作办会事宜。在伊朗期间,代表团进行了密集的拜访、会谈和参观,广泛接触了伊朗石化企业及行业组织,就扩大两国石油和化工界的交流合作,促进双方的贸易和相互投资等事宜与伊方进行了友好磋商。整个出访活动内容充实、收获显著。本刊撷取考察报告的主要内容,与读者分享此次出访考察获取的信息、成果和感悟。
In December 2009, Comrade Zhao Jungui, vice chairman and secretary general of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, went to UAE and Iran for the task of participating in the exposition. During the UAE’s visit, the delegation met with the Gulf Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Association, attended the fourth Gulf Petrochemical Congress and negotiated cooperation with the United States Chemical Weekly. During his visit to Iran, the delegation conducted intensive visits, talks and visits, extensive contacts with Iran’s petrochemical enterprises and trade organizations, and Iran’s cooperation with Iraq on the expansion of exchanges and cooperation between the oil and chemical industries of the two countries and the promotion of bilateral trade and mutual investment.
