目的观察脉络宁注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将2010年4月—2011年2月的160例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组用脉络宁注射液治疗,对照组用低分子右旋糖酐+复方丹参+曲克芦丁治疗,治疗28 d后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈40例,显效22例,有效16例,总有效率97.5%。对照组痊愈16例,显效16例,有效28例,总有效率75.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液治疗脑梗死效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Mailuoning injection on cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction from April 2010 to February 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases). The treatment group was treated with Mailuoning injection. The control group was treated with low molecular dextran + salvia miltiorrhiza compound Rutin treatment, the treatment of 28 d after the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group cured 40 cases, 22 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, the total effective rate was 97.5%. The control group cured 16 cases, markedly effective in 16 cases, effective in 28 cases, the total effective rate was 75.0%. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Mailuoning injection is effective in treating cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application.
