选择合适的方法对烟叶质量进行科学合理的分类对于提高卷烟质量和生产技术水平具有重要意义。对云南省典型烤烟的HPLC指纹图谱分析规程进行了研究。规程包括样品取样和处理、特征提取剂的选择、仪器条件和分析及数据库的建立等4个关键过程。首次提出了烤烟指纹图谱分时数据库的概念和建立方法。所建立的指纹图谱技术规程可作为烟叶质量分类的新方法。
Choosing the right method to classify tobacco quality scientifically and rationally is of great significance for improving cigarette quality and production technology. The HPLC fingerprinting protocol of typical flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan Province was studied. Procedures include sampling and handling of samples, selection of characteristic extractants, instrument conditions and analysis, and establishment of a database of four key processes. For the first time, the concept and establishment method of flue-cured tobacco fingerprinting time-sharing database was proposed. The established fingerprinting protocol can be used as a new method of tobacco leaf quality classification.
