高校学生党员人数的不断增加,壮大了党员队伍,提高了党员的整体水平。随着高校学生党员队伍的不断壮大,学生党员中存在党员意识薄弱,入党动机不纯等诸多问题。本文将系统的分析党员意识修养的概念和内涵,探析目前高校学生党员意识修养中存在的问题,并借鉴基层党建工作的先进经验,提出解决策略。
The increasing number of student party members in colleges and universities has strengthened the ranks of party members and raised the overall standard of party members. With the growing ranks of student party members in colleges and universities, student party members have many problems such as the weak awareness of party members and the impure motive of joining the party. This article systematically analyzes the conception and connotation of self-cultivation of party members’consciousness, probes into the existing problems in the self-cultivation of party members’consciousness among college students, and draws on the advanced experiences of grass-roots party building and proposes solutions.
