医学职业院校学生因其职业特殊性,需要医德、法律、心理、沟通技巧等各方面的素质,但是职业院校的特点导致了医学职业院校学生重技能而轻素质教育,导致学生人文素养的缺失,使得学生在职业生涯里出现各种问题。本文就当前医学学生素质的要求和医学职业院校学生素质教育的现状作了阐述,并就如何提升医学职业院校学生的素质提出了自己的观点。
