拉深成形是板料成形中非常重要的成形方法。在拉深过程中力加载速度对产品的质量影响非常大。利用声发射技术检测了不同力加载速度状态的拉深过程。对试验中产生的声发射信号进行分析,试验结果表明:不同力加载速度状态下,拉深中产生声发射信号具有非常大的区别,随着力加载速度的增大,拉深过程中声发射信号中能量、振铃计数、幅度参数呈上升趋势,分别由550 mV.μs增加到2700 mV.μs、600次增加到1700次、60 dB增加到78 dB。
Deep drawing is a very important forming method in sheet metal forming. In the process of drawing the force loading speed on the quality of the product is very large. Acoustic emission technique was used to test the drawing process of different loading states. The acoustic emission signal generated in the experiment is analyzed. The experimental results show that there is a very big difference between the AE signals under different loading speeds. With the increase of the force loading speed, the acoustic emission signal The energy, ring counting and amplitude parameters showed an upward trend from 550 mV.μs to 2700 mV.μs, 600 times to 1700 times, and 60 dB to 78 dB.
