根据摆动辗压的工作原理及其在中国的发展历程,介绍了国内摆动辗压的理论研究成果和工艺实践;重点叙述了摆动辗压在兵器零件生产中的应用,其中,轴向齿圈、自锻破片药形罩、药筒底板件的摆辗成形具有很高的实用价值及优势;最后讨论了摆动辗压更复杂零件、摆动辗压粉末冶金件以及提高摆动辗压件精度的发展方向。
According to the working principle of swinging rolling and its development in China, the author introduces the theoretical research results and process practice of swinging rolling in China. It mainly describes the application of swinging rolling in the production of weapon parts. Among them, It is of high practical value and superiority to make the rotund-shaped drug-shaped mask and the bottom plate of the cartridge by swaging. Finally, the development direction of more complex parts of swinging and rolling, powder metallurgy parts for swinging and the precision of swinging rolling parts are discussed .
