介绍了组合框架式机身ANSYS有限元分析中常用的预紧方法。以5000 kN压力机为分析对象,采用温差法对其进行预紧仿真,并通过热-结构耦合实现;对压力机模型进行Solidworks建模后导入ANSYS软件,取其1/2模型进行有限元分析,施加适当预紧力,通过温差法计算出温差在30℃和55.2℃时的预紧力,并分析了极限载荷下的预紧效果。通过对实际检测结果分析表明该方法能够很好的模拟实际预紧力。
The pre-tensioning method commonly used in ANSYS finite element analysis of frame-type fuselage is introduced. The 5000 kN press was used as the analysis object. The temperature difference method was used to simulate the pre-stress and the heat-structure coupling was used. After the Solidworks model of the press was imported, ANSYS software was imported and the 1/2 model was used for finite element analysis , Pre-tightening force was applied, the pre-tightening force at 30 ℃ and 55.2 ℃ was calculated by the temperature difference method, and the pre-tightening effect under the limit load was analyzed. Through the analysis of the actual test results show that the method can well simulate the actual preload.
