研究了决策者偏好以三参数区间数型偏好序形式给出的有限方案群决策问题。首先给出了三参数区间数型偏好序的定义,在综合考虑决策者偏好信息的基础上,引入导出的偏好序向量,给出了三参数区间数型偏好序的概率描述。其次介绍了三参数区间数型偏好序一致性的两个定义,利用调整算法对一致性不可接受的偏好序进行修正。通过定义三参数区间数型偏好序之间的偏差函数,给出一种确定决策者权重向量的有效方法,从而建立了一种解决有限方案群决策问题的有效算法。最后通过一个实例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。
The problem of decision makers’ preference in the finite group decision-making given in the form of three-parameter interval type preference order is studied. Firstly, the definition of preference sequence of three-parameter interval type is given. Based on the preference information of decision-maker, the derived preference sequence vector is introduced and the probability description of preference sequence of three-parameter interval number type is given. Secondly, two definitions of the consistency of preference sequence of three-parameter interval type are introduced, and the adjustment algorithm is used to correct the preference sequence with unacceptable consistency. By defining the deviation function between the preference sequences of the three parameter interval numbers, an effective method for determining the weight vector of the decision maker is given, and an efficient algorithm is proposed to solve the decision problem of the limited solution group. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
