据英国《金融时报》网站报道,2013年9月对外开放的上海自贸区曾被说成是推行大胆自由市场改革的试验田,号称将对外国投资放开金融货币限制与行政监管。但一些投资者觉得,在上海自贸区内运营的中外企业没有享受到太多有利条件。报道称,几乎没有一项商贸投资活动是在上海自贸区内可以做,而在中国其他地方被禁止的。迄今为止,对外公布的所有改革措施都很琐碎,都是改良性的。
According to the FT’s website, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone opened to the public in September 2013 has been said to be a pilot field for bold free-market reforms. It claims to free up foreign investment from financial and monetary restrictions and administrative regulation. However, some investors think that Chinese and foreign enterprises operating in the Shanghai FTZ do not enjoy much favorable conditions. Reported that almost none of the business investment activities can be done within the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and banned elsewhere in China. So far, all the reform measures announced to China are trivial and all are improving.
