报道了(60)Coγ射线辐射交联改性HDPE单丝的研究,选择了辐射条件和工艺,并考察了辐照剂量和条件与凝胶率,单丝强度,热缩性能之间的关系。所得的改性材料其耐热性能以及热收缩能力改善,能经受160℃的加工温度。收缩后的单丝光滑、均匀,热缩比恒定;力学性能无劣化,完全能满足增强型热缩材料的使用要求。
(60) Coγ-ray irradiation cross-linked modified HDPE monofilament was studied, the radiation conditions and process were selected, and the relationship between irradiation dose and conditions and gel fraction, monofilament strength and thermal shrinkage properties were investigated. The obtained modified material has improved heat resistance and heat shrinkability and can withstand a processing temperature of 160 ° C. Shrinkage of monofilament smooth, uniform, heat shrinkage ratio constant; no deterioration of mechanical properties, fully able to meet the enhanced requirements of the use of heat shrinkable materials.
