目的研究含对二氯苯防蛀剂对大鼠的吸入毒性。方法急性吸入毒性选用60只大鼠(SD),随机分为6组,每组10只,雌雄各半,组距按1.5倍设计剂量系列。亚急性吸入毒性选用大鼠(SD)随机分组,每组10只,雌雄各半。用静式呼吸道染毒法,分别设700、1 400、2 400 mg/m3剂量染毒,2 h/d染毒,阴性对照为空柜。观察动物行为状态,每实验组末次染毒24 h后进行血液检测,处死动物,取其肝、肾、脾、肺、心脏称重,计算脏体系数,并取相应的组织制备病理切片。结果大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50为8 858 mg/m3。血液检测差异无统计学意义;高剂量组肝肾重量增加;病理切片肝细胞浊肿,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀。结论中、高剂量染毒组对大鼠有一定的毒性影响。
Objective To study the toxic effects of p-dichlorobenzene-containing moth agents on rats. Methods Acute inhalation toxicity Sixty rats (SD) were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 mice in each group. Subacute inhalation toxicity selected rats (SD) were randomly divided into groups of 10, male and female. With the method of static respiratory tract exposure, respectively, 700,1 400,2 400 mg / m3 dose exposure, 2 h / d exposure, negative control empty counters. Animals were sacrificed at 24 h after the last exposure to each animal. The animals were sacrificed and the liver, kidney, spleen, lung and heart were weighed and their somatic coefficients were calculated. The corresponding tissues were used to prepare pathological sections. Results The acute inhalation toxicity LC50 of rats was 8 858 mg / m3. There was no significant difference in blood test between the two groups. The weight of liver and kidney in high-dose group was increased. The pathological section of hepatocyte was swollen and tubular epithelial cells were swollen. Conclusion The medium and high dose groups have some toxic effects on rats.
