In this paper, the relationship between leukemia mechanism and immunology was investigated by measuring the humoral immunity and cellular immunity (T cell subsets) in 13 children with acute leukemia. The cases in this article were all inpatients from October 1988 to July 1989. Eighteen cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia were diagnosed as acute leukemia by clinical examination and blood and bone marrow cytology.
