一般说来,内分泌肿瘤产生的过多激素是诊断试验的基础。但作者报道了三例不同的内分泌肿瘤——甲状腺髓样癌(MTC),、垂体前叶腺瘤(APT)和胰岛细胞癌(PICC),它们均不能产生相应的激素,色粒蛋白A(CA)都呈阳性反应。三个病例的有关结果如下:MTC:为一82岁女性患者,经体检和病理诊断为MTC;血清降钙素水平正常(<100μg/L)。甲状腺全切后经免疫组织化学染色,降钙素阴性CA 强阳性,术后半年,头心下和胸壁出现转移瘤,并进行切除。此时测血清降钙素为22μg/L,CAA
In general, the hormones produced by endocrine tumors are the basis of diagnostic tests. However, the authors reported three different endocrine tumors—Meloid Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC), Anterior Pituitary Adenoma (APT), and Pancreatic Islet Cell Carcinoma (PICC), which did not produce the corresponding hormones. Chromogranin A ( CA) was positive. The results of the three cases are as follows: MTC: is an 82-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with MTC by physical examination and pathological examination; serum calcitonin levels were normal (<100 μg/L). After total thyroidectomy, immunohistochemical staining showed that calcitonin-negative CA was strongly positive. Six months after surgery, metastases were seen in the subcardiac head and chest wall, and were resected. At this time, serum calcitonin was measured as 22 μg/L, CAA.
