我院1985年12月至1990年12月对所收治的83例中晚期肝癌进行了治疗研究,报告如下。资料与方法男61例,女22例。年龄12～75岁,平均38岁。手术切除5例,综合治疗(DSA 肝动脉灌注、门静脉肝动脉双插管、胸腺移植、无水酒精注射、干扰素等药物二种或二种以上并用)47例,传统的保守治疗27例,单纯探查4例。结果平均临床存活期:切除组为740天,综合治疗组>280天,保守治疗组为18天,单纯探查组为16天。在综合组中,DSA 灌注+综合免疫治疗5例,平均存活626天;双插管灌注4例,平均存活284天;胎胸腺埋植4例,小血管吻合胎胸腺移植2例平均存活
From December 1985 to December 1990 in our hospital, 83 cases of advanced and advanced liver cancer were treated. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods 61 males and 22 females.
