目前,西德煤矿使用的刮板输送机,其溜槽连接件主要使用外连接式的连接销。这种连接销的缺点是溜槽及其附件必须在井下安装。工作面输送机在运转过程中,因这种连接销被溜槽的附件遮盖,无法对它进行有效的检查。在检查连接销或装入保护装置时,必须拆除输送机的附件,造成长时间停产。因此,西德研制并推广使用了内连接式哑铃形连接销。内连接式哑铃形连接销安放在上侧槽帮的内侧,这样,溜槽的连接比较合理。而
