服用维生素 C 对身体运动能力的影响是一个已研究多年的课题,但有关维生素 C 对有氧工作能力的影响之结论尚有争论。为此作者用双盲法以观察较长时间补充大剂量维生素 C 对人体有氧和无氧能力的作用。受试对象是健康男性坐位工作者33名,年龄24.9±0.6岁,体重78.5±2.9kg,身高176±7cm。受试者参加身体训练21天,主要是有氧训练,包括跑步和长途步行等,每日上午和下午各训练2小时。训练强度不太剧烈,其心率罕有达到180次/分者。
The effect of taking vitamin C on body movement is a subject that has been under study for many years. However, there is debate about the effect of vitamin C on aerobic capacity. To this end, the authors used double-blind method to observe the role of long-term supplement of large doses of vitamin C on the human body aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Subjects were healthy male sitting workers 33, aged 24.9 ± 0.6 years old, weighing 78.5 ± 2.9kg, height 176 ± 7cm. Participants in the physical training for 21 days, mainly aerobic training, including running and long-distance walking, daily morning and afternoon training for 2 hours each. Less intense training intensity, the heart rate rarely reached 180 beats / min.
