本文研制了两种不同工质的内螺纹重力热管,并对其进行了实验研究和对比分析.两种工质分别采用水和自湿润流体(质量分数5%正丁醇水溶液),文中实验测量了水平放置和垂直放置时两种热管的传热特性.实验结果表明:水平放置时,自湿润流体相比于水显著提高了内螺纹重力热管的烧干极限,但在低功率时铜-自湿润流体热管热阻稍大于铜-水热管热阻;垂直放置时,自湿润流体热管的运行温度要比水热管温度稍高,其热阻也略高于水工质热管.
In this paper, two kinds of internal gravity pyrometers with different working medium were developed, and the experimental research and comparative analysis were carried out.The two working fluids were respectively water and self-wetting fluid (mass fraction 5% n-butanol aqueous solution) The heat transfer characteristics of the two heat pipes when placed horizontally and vertically are shown in the experiment.The experimental results show that when placed horizontally, the self-wetting fluid significantly increases the drying limit of the internally threaded gravity heat pipe compared to water, but at low power the copper- The thermal resistance of the wetted fluid heat pipe is slightly larger than the thermal resistance of the copper-water heat pipe. When placed vertically, the operating temperature of the self-humidizing fluid heat pipe is slightly higher than that of the heat pipe, and its thermal resistance is also slightly higher than that of the hydroheat pipe.
