碟式太阳能行波热声发电是近年来兴起的新型热发电技术,具有可靠性好、潜在效率高、分布灵活等优点。本文介绍了正在研制的一套1 kW碟式太阳能行波热声发电系统。该系统利用碟式集热器收集太阳辐射热量,通过高温热管将热量传输到发动机热端,再采用行波热声发电机进行热-电转换。初步调试采用高频加热模拟太阳能,以3.5 MPa氦气为工质、加热温度为751℃和798℃时分别实现了116 W和255 W的电功输出。实验验证了系统的可行性。目前系统的安装调试仍在进行中,相关的实验结果将在后续的文章中进行报道。
Solar thermal traveling wave power generation is a new type of thermal power generation technology that has emerged in recent years. It has the advantages of good reliability, high potential efficiency and flexible distribution. This article describes a 1 kW dish solar thermal traveling wave thermoacoustic power system under development. The system uses a dish collector to collect solar radiation heat, heat is transmitted to the hot end of the engine through a high-temperature heat pipe, and then the thermo-electric conversion is performed by a traveling-wave thermoacoustic generator. The preliminary commissioning uses high-frequency heating to simulate solar energy, and achieves 116 W and 255 W electric power output with helium at 3.5 MPa and heating temperatures of 751 ° C and 798 ° C, respectively. The experiment verifies the feasibility of the system. At present, the installation and debugging of the system is still underway, and the related experimental results will be reported in subsequent articles.
