全国少工委五届一次全委会通过了《少先队辅导员工作纲要(试行)》。今后一个时期,全队将把《纲要(试行)作为抓手,把少先队的各项任务落实到基层。为帮助广大辅导员充分认识实施《纲要》的重要性,准确理解《纲要》的工作要求,增强实施《纲要》的实效性,本刊从本期开始,推出系列文章,对《纲要》进行详细解读。
The National Committee for Young Workers reduced the number of counselors working for the Young Pioneers (Trial) once the Fifth Plenary Session of the Working Committee passed. In the coming period, the team will use the Outline (Trial Implementation) as a starting point and implement the tasks of the Young Pioneers to the grassroots level. To help the majority of counselors fully understand the importance of implementing the “Outline”, accurately understand the work requirements of the “Outline” and enhance the effectiveness of implementing the “Outline”, this issue of this issue has started a series of articles detailing the “Outline” Interpretation.
