4月29日,用友医疗卫生信息系统有限公司在京举办“服务新医改幸福亿万人——基于健康档案的区域卫生信息平台建设方案”专题研讨会。会议聚焦基于健康档案的区域卫生信息平台建设发展趋势,深入研讨区域卫生信息平台的整体规划、数据标准与规范、电子健康档案的构建模式及实现方法等议题。卫生部统计信息中心王才有副主任、胡建平处长,以及各省、市卫生厅(局)长、医院院长、信息中心主任150余人出席大会。医疗软件企业向规模化发展据统计,目前全国医疗软件开发供应商超过600家,存在着数量多、规模小、研发服务力量弱的情况。在医改的新形势下,医疗软件开发商开始走向联合、兼并的规模发展道路。卫生部统计信息中心副主任王才有在会上表示,用友软件作为民族品牌对国家软件产业的发展做出了很大贡献,赞赏用友把“新医改”这一民生工程列为公司发展的战略目标,卫生部欢迎象用友这样市场影响大、实力强劲的软件提供商进入医疗行业,加快国家的“新医改”方案的推进。HIT专家何雨生教授认为:用友进入医疗信息化领域是件好事,对于整个行业的发展具有重要的意义。在未来区域卫生信息化建设中,业务跨机构、跨组织、多种业务形态混合运行,对服务商的水平提出了更高要求,需要具有雄厚研发能力且具有强大后背实力支持的企业来提供服务。
