轴瓦是内燃机的重要零件之一,主要起支承载荷和传递运动的作用。该零件要求的尺寸精度高,且零件表面标识要求字迹清晰、无残缺、无突起感,现在生产基本是采用单工序制造,导致轴瓦加工工序比较繁琐。本文基于以上原因,在结合轴瓦下料、打钢印和冲弯整形等3道工序成形工艺分析的基础上,提出了将该3道工序整合成为一套多工位连续模的冲压方案,采用该多工位连续模不仅能满足生产要求,且能在保证精度的前提下提高效率、降低成本。
Bearing is one of the important parts of the internal combustion engine, mainly from the supporting load and the role of transmission of movement. The requirements of the parts of high dimensional accuracy, and parts of the surface marking requires clear writing, no incomplete, no bump sense, and now the basic production is the use of single-process manufacturing, resulting in processing more complicated bearing. Based on the above reasons, based on the analysis of the forming process of the three processes of bearing blanking, punching and bending, the stamping scheme of integrating the three processes into a set of multi-station continuous die is proposed. Multi-station continuous mode can not only meet the production requirements, and can improve the efficiency and reduce costs under the premise of ensuring accuracy.
