以Hypersil ODS C18柱(250 mm×2.1 mm i.d.,5μm)作色谱柱,柱温30℃,乙腈水混合物(体积比23∶77)为流动相,流速0.2 mL/min,采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾-质谱(HPLC/ESI/MS)法、选择离子模式(SIM)、分子离子峰m/z1285.6和四级碰撞诱导法对含罗汉果添加剂的卷烟烟丝及其烟气粒相物中的罗汉果苷V进行了定性定量分析。结果表明:①该法的回收率为100.0%,RSD≤3.5%,检出限105 ng/mL;②含罗汉果添加剂的卷烟烟丝及其烟气粒相物中的罗汉果苷V含量分别为752和248 ng/支,烟丝中罗汉果苷V向烟气中的转移率33.0%。
