本文介绍的飞锯控制系统是一种数字直流伺服系统。其数字调节器是按满足锯切工作条件的算式进行运算,并构成位置闭环控制;模拟调节器采用与通常不同的单环结构;低惯量的直流传动电动机由快速可控硅装置供电。对模拟调节系统的分析计算表明,它具有良好的动态品质。工业试验结果表明,本系统能够实现高精度定尺锯切及高生产率。
This article describes the flying saw control system is a digital DC servo system. The digital regulator is operated according to the formula that satisfies the working conditions of sawing and constitutes the position closed-loop control. The analog regulator adopts a single-loop structure which is usually different from the single-loop structure. The low inertia DC motor is powered by the SCR device. The analysis and calculation of the simulation system shows that it has good dynamic quality. Industrial test results show that the system can achieve high-precision sawing and high productivity.
