1975年以来,MEFOS公司开展了棒、线材轧制中参数分析的一些研究项目。通过这些项目和在斯堪的纳维亚的不同轧机的结合,最后开发出模拟整个轧制过程的计算机程序一CONTROLL。模拟包括从炉子到冷床和计算各道次要求的几何形状、加工范围、温度、屈服应力、力、扭矩和功率。以往在轧制棒、线材之前,先要将坯料加热到1050~1200℃。为了减少能耗,进行了低温轧制的研究,以便估价降低加热温度的效果。 CONTROLL曾用于研究Forsbacka的棒材
Since 1975 MEFOS has carried out a number of research projects on parameter analysis in rod and wire rolling. Through these projects in combination with the different rolling mills in Scandinavia, a computer program, CONTROLL, that simulates the entire rolling process was finally developed. The simulation includes the geometry, processing range, temperature, yield stress, force, torque, and power required from the furnace to the cooling bed and calculated for each pass. In the past in the rolling rod, wire, the first to be heated to 1050 ~ 1200 ℃ blank. In order to reduce energy consumption, low-temperature rolling was performed to evaluate the effect of lowering the heating temperature. CONTROLL was used to study Forsbacka’s bars
