多氯酚是一类毒性高并具有致癌性的污染物,由于其使用广泛,环境中残留的多氯酚类化合物对人体造成的危害日益得到重视,对环境中的多氯酚类化合物进行评估、分析和检测十分重要。综述了多氯酚化合物的样品前处理方法,包括固相萃取、固相微萃取、液相微萃取、膜萃取、分子印迹聚合物微萃取、搅拌棒吸附萃取和微波辅助萃取等,并对常用的检测技术进行了介绍,包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、液质联用法、气质联用法和毛细管电泳法等。
Polychlorophenols are a group of highly toxic and carcinogenic pollutants. Due to their widespread use, polychlorinated phenolic compounds (PCP) that remain in the environment are increasingly valued as being harmful to humans. Polychlorophenols are evaluated in the environment , Analysis and testing is very important. The methods of pretreatment of polychlorophenol compounds were summarized, including solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction, liquid phase microextraction, membrane extraction, molecularly imprinted polymer microextraction, stir bar adsorption and microwave assisted extraction. The detection techniques are introduced, including high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS and capillary electrophoresis.
