重庆市巫溪县马铃薯晚疫病常年发病面积2万hm2,发病程度3~5级,不防治一般损失30%~50%,防治后挽回损失4万t。巫溪县引进比利时马铃薯晚疫病预警系统应用后,取得了十分显著的社会效益、生态效益及经济效益,将损失率控制在3%以下,每667m2减少损失300kg,年增加原粮2160万kg,为保证巫溪县粮食安全、特色产业及农民增收保驾护航。预警系统从根本上解决了“农技信息最后一公里”的问题,巫溪的监测能力居国内领先水平。
