目的:了解医务人员发生职业暴露的影响因素,有针对性地采取相关措施,降低职业暴露的发生。方法:收集2012年1月—2014年12月本院上报的76例职业暴露资料进行统计学分析。结果:职业暴露的岗位分类中护士排序第1位,共发生36例(47.37%);其次为医生26例(34.21%);年龄分布:(20~30)岁医务人员职业暴露发生率最高,共发生45例(59.21%);发生职业暴露的场所主要是病房和手术室,各发生33例和21例,分别占43.42%和27.63%;发生职业暴露的高危环节为手术配合,其次为拔针时,分别发生21例和20例,各占27.63%、26.32%;暴露源排序前三位的是乙肝、暴露源情况不详、暴露源阴性。经过及时正确的处理伤口、合理的预防用药及追踪监测,无1例发生感染。结论:加强职业防护教育、严格执行标准预防、规范工作行为、使用安全输液护理器材是降低医务人员职业暴露发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the influencing factors of occupational exposure to medical personnel and to take relevant measures in a targeted manner to reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure. Methods: A total of 76 reported occupational exposures from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were collected for statistical analysis. Results: In the post occupational exposure classification, nurses ranked first, with 36 cases (47.37%); followed by 26 cases (34.21%); age distribution: the highest incidence of occupational exposure among medical staff (20-30 years old) A total of 45 cases (59.21%) occurred; occupational exposure occurred mainly in the wards and operating room, each occurred in 33 cases and 21 cases, accounting for 43.42% and 27.63% respectively; high-risk part of occupational exposure for surgical cooperation, followed by pull 21 cases and 20 cases occurred, accounting for 27.63% and 26.32% respectively. The top three sources of exposure were hepatitis B, the source of exposure was unknown, and the source of exposure was negative. After a timely and correct treatment of wounds, reasonable preventive medication and follow-up monitoring, no one had an infection. Conclusion: To strengthen occupational protection education, strictly enforce standard precaution and standardize work behaviors, using safe infusion equipment is the key to reduce occupational exposure of medical personnel.
