焊接空心球节点是我国空间网格结构中应用最多的一种节点形式.利用有限元分析工具对大量的空心球进行了数值计算,分析了杆球相交处焊缝几何尺寸对节点受力性能的影响;并应用正交试验设计理论和方差分析方法,研究了各种因素对空心球受力性能的影响;最后得出一些有用的结论.
Welded hollow spherical nodes are the most widely used node forms in our spatial grid structure. The finite element analysis tool was used to numerically calculate a large number of hollow spheres. The effect of the geometrical size of the weld at the intersection of the spheres on the mechanical behavior of the joints was analyzed. The orthogonal test design theory and variance analysis method were used to study various factors. The effect on the performance of the hollow ball; finally draw some useful conclusions.
