本文采用均匀设计法确定怀菊花总黄酮提取工艺的优化条件,阐明溶媒浓度(C)、溶媒用量(V)及提取时间(T)对怀菊花总黄酮溶出量(Y)的相关影响;实验结果经多元高大回归统计处理得回归方程Y=331.88+0.555C一0.015C×T+0.002V ̄2一0.160V×T,且根据薄层层析分析及回归方程拟合求最大值,确定最优工艺条件为C=95%、V=350ml、T=1h。实验结果表明提高乙醇浓度,增大溶媒用量、控制提取时间有助提高怀菊花总黄酮的收率。
In this paper, uniform design method was used to determine the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from Huaihua Chrysanthemum, and the effects of solvent concentration (C), amount of solvent (V), and extraction time (T) on the total flavonoids (Y) of Huaihua Chrysanthemum were clarified. The multivariate high regression statistics method was used to obtain the regression equation Y=331.88+0.555C-0.015C×T+0.002V ̄2-0.160V×T, and the maximum value was determined according to the TLC analysis and regression equation fitting. The optimum process conditions were C=95%, V=350 ml, T=1 h. The experimental results show that increasing the ethanol concentration, increasing the amount of solvent, and controlling the extraction time will help improve the yield of total flavonoids in Huaiyin Chrysanthemum.
