党的十三届七中全会指出:“继续增强企业特别是国营大中型企业的活力,对我国经济发展和社会主义制度的巩固,具有特别重要的意义。”企业党组织在搞活国营大中型企业中如何肩负起自己的责任,发挥应有的作用?最近,中组部党建研究所就这个问题,邀请京、津、沪11家国营大中型企业的党委书记举行座谈。同志们在座谈中发表了很好的意见,提供了好的经验。
