本文采集了一个4代111人的并指(趾)症家系指纹,对某些指纹指标进行统计并与正常人群进行对比。结果表明:该家系并指(趾)症表现为常染色体显性遗传,但存在违背常染色体显性遗传规律的情况发生;该家系指纹在各种纹型分布比例、同种纹型在不同指位的出现频率、左右对应手指指纹的纹型组合(除ALu型组合)与正常人群均无显著差异(P>0.05);左右对应手指的ALu型组合出现频率显著低于正常人群频率(P<0.001);出现并指(趾)畸形的相邻两指(趾),其纹型的方向必是相反的方向。
In this paper, we collected a fingerprinting of fingerprinted family of 4 generations of 111 people, made statistics on some fingerprints and compared with normal population. The results showed that: the pedigree and finger (toe) disease showed autosomal dominant inheritance, but there is violation of autosomal dominant genetic rules happen; the family fingerprints in a variety of patterns distribution ratio, the same pattern in different fingers (P> 0.05). The frequency of ALu-type combination of the left and right fingers was significantly lower than that of the normal population (P < 0.001). The adjacent two digits appearing and deformity of the digits were opposite in direction.
