目的通过分析乌海市妇幼保健院2010年系统管理的3279名孕妇序贯唐氏筛查化验及超声联合检查,并追踪妊娠结局后,分析目前合适的产前降低出生缺陷的筛查模式。方法对所有系统管理孕妇,根据就诊不同孕周进行相应的序贯血清学筛查或/和超声检查。结果序贯唐氏筛查化验与超声共同联合检查后对高风险孕妇进一步介入性产前诊断胎儿染色体检查;对超声发现重大畸形的胎儿进行遗传咨询后,进行终止妊娠等产前干预,降低出生缺陷。结论不同孕周下序贯唐氏筛查化验与超声联合应用,对出生缺陷儿的检出效能高,是降低出生缺陷的合理模式。
Objective To analyze the suitable mode of prenatal screening to reduce birth defects by analyzing 3279 pregnant women with sequential systemic screening test and ultrasound combined examination conducted by Wuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2010 and tracking the pregnancy outcome. Methods All systematic management of pregnant women was performed with sequential serological screening and / or ultrasonography based on the gestational age of the visit. Results Sequencing Down’s screening test combined with ultrasound to further intervene in prenatal diagnosis of fetal chromosomes in high-risk pregnant women; prenatal intervention such as terminating pregnancy after genetic counseling on fetuses with major deformity by ultrasound to reduce birth defect. CONCLUSIONS: Sequential Down’s screening assay combined with ultrasound in different gestation weeks has high detection effect on children with birth defects and is a reasonable model to reduce birth defects.
