一、前言 A356.0铸造铝合金是一种铝硅镁系高强度铝合金,是由356合金发展而来的。其化学成份为:Si6.5~7.5%,MgO.20~O.40%,Fe≤0.20%,Cu≤0.20%,Mn≤0.10%,Zn≤0.10%,Ti≤0.20%;其他元素:每种≤0.05%,总和≤0.15%;铝为余量。由于这种合金不但有较高的机械性能和优良的铸造性能,而且有良好的耐腐蚀性能、耐热裂性能、抗氧化性能、气密性能、电镀性能和焊接性能。又因其含铁量≤0.20%,可以跻身于要求无磁结构的产品之中,因而在美国的机械制造和军事工业上得到广泛的应用。 1983年以来,我厂试制产品中选用了A356.0合金。为了考察熔炼质量,要求机械
First, the preface A356.0 cast aluminum is a kind of aluminum silicon magnesium high strength aluminum alloy, is developed from the 356 alloy. Its chemical composition is as follows: Si6.5-7.5%, MgO.20-0.40%, Fe≤0.20%, Cu≤0.20%, Mn≤0.10%, Zn≤0.10%, Ti≤0.20%; Other elements: Species ≤ 0.05%, the sum ≤ 0.15%; aluminum as margin. Because of this alloy not only has high mechanical properties and excellent casting performance, but also has good corrosion resistance, thermal cracking resistance, oxidation resistance, gas tightness, electroplating and welding properties.
