本文对20号钢的闪光焊及摩擦焊接头组织及性能进行了全面系统的理论研究。文中提供了两种工艺方法接头性能的具体数据。应用位错理论、低碳钢的冷脆倾向理论,分析对比了两种焊接工艺接头的性能,性能变化规律以及出现性能差异的原因。透射电镜观察发现接头存在高密度位错和少量板条马氏体。
In this paper, a comprehensive and systematic theoretical study is made on the microstructure and properties of 20 # steel flash welding and friction welding. The article provides specific data on the performance of the two process methods. The dislocation theory and cold and brittle tendency theory of mild steel were used to analyze and compare the performance and performance variation of the two kinds of welding process joints and the reason of the performance difference. Transmission electron microscopy showed high density dislocations and a few lath martensites in the joints.
