1983年8月8日至13日中国水力发电工程学会水电站电气及自动化专业委员会与水电站自动化情报网在云南昆明市联合召开“水电站控制技术学术交流会议。”会议期间同时召开了专业委员会会议和情报网年会。到会的有全国各科研、设计、制造、施工、运行、管理、院校等共92个有关单位的160位代表。会议传达了成都全国水力发电中青年科学、工程技术干部学术报告会的精神,传达了水电部计算机应用会议的精神,听取了学会付理事长沈信祥同志的报告,与会代表受到很大鼓午。经过热烈讨论,充分发挥学术民主,较圆满地完成了任务。兹纪要如下:
From August 8th to 13th, 1983, the Hydroelectric Power Engineering and Electrical Automation Professional Committee and the Hydroelectric Automation Intelligence Network jointly held the “Hydropower Control Technology Academic Exchange Conference” in Kunming, Yunnan. During the meeting, professional committee meetings and information were also held. Network annual meeting. At the conference, there were 160 delegates from 92 related organizations across the country including scientific research, design, manufacturing, construction, operation, management, and institutions. The conference conveyed the spirit of the Chengdu National Symposium on Young Scientists and Engineers of Hydroelectric Power, and conveyed the spirit of the Conference on Computer Applications of the Ministry of Water and Electricity.
