本文在分析当前高职院校学生就业心理的基础上,指出了产生这些心理问题的原因,并提出了解决高职院校毕业生心理问题的途径,以便最终引导高职院校毕业生充分就业。
On the basis of analyzing the current employment psychology of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper points out the causes of these psychological problems and puts forward some solutions to the psychological problems of graduates in higher vocational colleges so as to guide the full employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges .
