社会经济的发展给高校教师自我效能感和主观幸福感都带来了一些冲击和变化,高校教师的自我效能感和主观幸福感对其教学策略的使用和教学管理上有很大影响。因此,研究商贸环境下高校教师自我效能感与主观幸福感关系有重要意义。
Socio-economic development has brought some impact and change on self-efficacy and subjective well-being of college teachers. Self-efficacy and subjective well-being of university teachers have a great influence on the use of teaching strategies and teaching management. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being of college teachers in a business environment.
