拓展训练一词源于二战期间的英国,它不仅对英国海上战争的做出了极大的贡献,而且提升了海员在海上的生存能力和生存技巧,使他们的身体素质和意志都得到了极好的锻炼。所以,战争结束后它在英国不仅没有消沉下去,反而试用范围逐渐扩大到学生、商人等群体当中去,在英国得到了广泛的应用。所以将拓展训练融入初中体育教学是非常必要的,它不仅可以增加体育课堂教学的实用性,而且可以有效的提高学生的综合素质,促进学生的全面发展。所以本文今天就拓展训练融入初中体育教学的可行性这一主题展开分析与探讨,重点说明其实施的可行性,以此来引起社会对拓展训练的重视,促进我国全民素质的发展。 The term training was derived from Britain during World War II.
