书家韦学东从小在父亲的影响下开始临习书法,读中学时又得到赵殿英老师悉心指导,使其书写风格逐渐形成,并在同学中出类拔萃,多次获得甲A好成绩。其后,他将自己的书作寄给时任安徽黄山书画院院长张建中,以期赐教。张建中观看后在欣喜之余,以免费信函方式指导他学习书法达三年之久。如此循序渐进地学习,为他的书法艺术因此打下了扎实的基础。2004年,韦学东以优异成绩
The writer Wei Xuedong began practicing calligraphy when he was an early age under the influence of his father. When he was in high school, he was guided by his teacher Zhao Dianying to gradually form his writing style and excelled in his classmates. Later, he sent his own book to Zhang Jianzhong, then dean of the Huangshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute in Anhui Province, in order to enlighten him. After watching Zhang Jianzhong, he was delighted to learn how to teach calligraphy for three years by means of free correspondence.
