目的分析研讨PDCA管理法在我院高危药品管理工作中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院2015年1-12月期间14个病区高危药品,将其作为研究对象,随机分两组(各组7个病区),对照组接受常规管理方式,研究组接受PDCA管理法来管理高危药品,将两组高危药品管理评分状况纳入对比讨论中。结果实行PDCA管理法的病区的高危药品目录、专人管理、标准化疗程、专册登记、定量管理、专用标识和专区存放、有效期管理及不良事件报告等评分比实行前显著提高,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA管理法应用于我院高危药品管理中,能够有效提高药品的管理质量,从而降低了医疗风险事故的出现,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of PDCA management method in high-risk drug management in our hospital. Methods A total of 14 wards of dangerous drugs in our ward from January to December in 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups randomly (7 wards in each group). The control group received routine management and the study group received PDCA management Law to manage high-risk drugs, the two groups of high-risk drug management scores into the comparative discussion. Results The scores of high-risk drug list, specialist management, standardized course of treatment, special registration, quantitative management, special identification and special area storage, validity management and adverse event report of ward under PDCA method were significantly higher than those before the implementation, the statistics were statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Applying PDCA management method to high-risk drug management in our hospital can effectively improve the quality of drug management, which reduces the occurrence of medical risk accidents and is worth promoting.
