温州古为东瓯之地,其在东南建筑系中属浙海建筑文化区东瓯文化亚区,历史上主要受晋室南渡和南宋偏安影响,北方移民多于宋前迁入,建筑风格形成于宋,又接纳了福建迁入之民带来的技术,形成了同浙北相异的建筑特色。本文就温州民居发展演变的历史和表现出的地域特征作一初步研究。
Wenzhou is an ancient land in the east. It is a sub-district of the Eastern Culture in Zhehai Architectural Culture Area in the Southeast Architecture Department. Historically, it was affected mainly by the Jindu Nandu and the Southern Song Dynasty. Northern immigration was more common than before the Song Dynasty. Architectural style. Formed in the Song Dynasty, it also accepted the technology brought by the people who moved in Fujian, and formed architectural features that are different from those in the north of Zhejiang. This paper makes a preliminary study on the history of the development of Wenzhou dwellings and the characteristics of the region.
