目的掌握河南省卫生杀虫剂的使用现状,为科学使用卫生杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用现场调查法对河南省内病媒生物防治机构使用的和商超百货中销售的卫生杀虫剂使用情况进行调查,统计分析其品种数量及使用方法等情况。结果目前河南省内使用的卫生杀虫剂的主要成分以拟除虫菊酯类为主,配方以多种有效成分复配为主,毒性以微毒和低毒为主,防治对象以蚊、蝇、蟑螂和蚂蚁为主。结论拟除虫菊酯类化合物占据了河南省卫生杀虫剂市场的主要份额,病媒生物防治机构所使用的卫生杀虫剂向科学化、专业化发展,商超百货中所销售的卫生杀虫剂更倾向于安全、广谱和易用。同时,杀虫剂的使用情况与主要病媒生物抗药性的发生有相关性,今后应加强对卫生杀虫剂的依法管理,使卫生杀虫剂的使用更加合理规范。
Objective To master the current situation of the use of sanitation insecticides in Henan Province and provide the basis for the scientific use of sanitation insecticides. Methods The field investigation was used to investigate the use of pesticides in the pharmacies in Henan province and the supermarkets in Shangchao Department Store, and the statistical analysis was conducted on the quantity and usage of the pesticides. Results The main components of sanitation insecticides used in Henan Province were pyrethroids. The formulation was mainly composed of many active ingredients. The toxicity was mainly of micro-toxicity and low-toxicity. The control objects were mosquitoes, flies, Cockroaches and ants based. Conclusions Pyrethroids occupy the major share of the market for sanitation insecticides in Henan Province. The sanitation insecticides used by vector-borne biological control agencies are scientific and professional. The sanitation insecticides More inclined to safety, broad spectrum and ease of use. At the same time, the use of insecticides is related to the occurrence of drug resistance of major vectors. In the future, the management of sanitation insecticides should be strengthened and the use of sanitation insecticides should be more reasonable and standard.
